"This hotel is older though it's in process of remodeling_I rented a room just so my grandkids could swim on the last day before the new school year. They had a great time. We got food right next door to the hotel. And we slept well all night. It was souch fun and it was priced comparable to bmt hotels."

"We stayed here several times during a week-long auto repair which should have taken 3 hours. The lovely Louisiana woman behind the desk was so understanding of our plight. Pinewood Inn gave us every break available. The large comfortable bed, AC and hot water were lifesavers. Our room was clean, no crawlies, and quiet neighbors. Thanks for the refuge from the storm. We recommend Pinewood Inn."

"Straightforward service. I used an online hotel offer to claim my economy room and had no issues with them honoring the price I paid online. Many renovations were underway and a bit late into the evening almost 10:00pm, but overall I can't complain because I slept well."
